The rate includes accommodation for 2 persons in each studio (including children from 3 to 12 years old). Children under 3 years old stay free of charge. Additionally 1 adult or 1 child can stay in studio.
Cost for extra adult - 25 USD per night. Cost for extra child -15 USD per night.
Rate starting from 6 nights include cleaning service and Laundry of linen and towels once a week.
Check-in time: from 12 PM to 5 PM / Check-out time: to 12 PM.
Breakfast for additional fee of 9 USD is available at the restaurant Al Porto from 10 AM to 12 PM.
Reservations and payments.
Short term rent (up to 5 nights): The guest has to pay in advance one night rent after booking. Full payment should be paid upon arrival. A security deposit totaling one night rent will be required upon check in. The project SOV reserves the right to use the guests credit card hold to deduct from their amount any unpaid outstanding balances i.e. fumigation, damage charges.
Short term rent (from 5 nights): The guest should pay a security deposit of 500 USD after booking. Full payment for the rent should be paid upon arrival.
Long-term rent. The guest should pay the security deposit at least 45 days before the date of arrival. The amount of the deposit for the rent up to 3 months is 500 USD; for the rent from 3 months - equal to the monthly rent rate. The payment for the first month rent should be paid upon arrival. Payments for the following months should be made according to the lease contract.
We accept payments by cash, bank transfer, Paypal and credit card. The client is responsible for all transfer fees, charges, commissions and expenses, including refunds. Cancellation and Refund policy.
