The Villa is situated on nearly 2 acres and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and with a semi-private beach.
The landscaping has been developed to create total privacy from the street and neighboring Villas.
Sea Horse Ranch is recognized as the most secure community on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Live free without the need to lock windows, gates or doors. Each bedroom is equipped with it's own safe for the stowing away of valuables.
Technology & Entertainment
Wind Song comes equipped with high speed internet service, cable TV service and our BOSE surround sound system with thousands of pre-programmed songs with an easy to use remote. Our theater room with 55" flat screen TV includes surround sound, a universal remote and more than 100 complimentary movies for your viewing pleasure.
Each master suite is equipped with a 40" flatscreen TV with cable service.
Wind Song Pricing: We offer a "Fully Staffed" delivery which, in addition to our full time maids and groundskeeper, includes the preperation of a continental breakfast. This offering also includes our chef team for nightly dinner service. Should you desire a personalized staffing plan, we will strive to meet your needs.
Our clients pay for all food and beverages in addition to the villa rental and we provide the service staff for food preperation. Our chef can even do additional groceryshopping on your behalf.
Nightly rates range between $2,500-$3,000 depending on time of year. We normally require a four night minimum stay, however, if you desire a weekend getaway, please ask and depending on scheduling we may be able to accommodate a three night visit.
Weekly rates range between $14,000-$21,000 depending on time of year. For rentals of two weeks or longer we offer lower rates. Occasionally we offer specials which can result in savings of up to 30% off the standard rates. Please feel free to ask if there are special offers for your desired dates.
For longer stays or for rentals with fewer than six guests we may offer pricing adjustments depending on season and existing bookings.
Service Fee:
Our villa staff is dedicated to delivering beyond your expectations. The staff is paid a salary plus service fee for serving you at Villa Wind Song. The Service Fee will be specified in your Rental Agreement and is; $100 USD per day for stays of less than 14 days. For rentals of more than 14 days the rate is $70 USD per day. We divide the service fee equally among the staff following your departure.
Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit is required and will be specified within your Rental Agreement.
Unused damage deposit balance will be returned to the guest by check within 30 days of guest departure.
