Monthly Rent.
The guest should pay the security deposit equal to 1 month deposit at least 45 days before the date of arrival. The payment for the first month rent should be paid upon arrival. Payments for the following months should be made according to the lease contract.
We accept payments by cash, bank transfer or PayPal. The client is responsible for all transfer fees, charges, commissions and expenses, including refunds.
The project reserves the right to use the guests credit card hold to deduct from their amount any unpaid outstanding balances i.e. fumigation, damage charges.
