We're a laid back Dutch couple of 35 years old who don't mind to share a welcome drink with you, so come and meet us and we'll help you out with exploring the area and finding the fun spots.
There is wireless internet in your room.
You can go everywhere really. We have a living room upstairs with good TV and sound system.
Including water, security, garbage, wifi, electricity (if air-conditioning is used, an extra electricity cost), gas. So it is including everything!
